Orders are accepted subject to audio suitability, product availability and successful payment or an approved trade account.
Custom-made goods
Lathe-cut records and personalised printed products are made to the customer’s specification. Please check names, addresses, track order, artwork and product choices carefully before submitting.
Audio and artwork
You are responsible for supplying usable audio/artwork and for having the rights or permission needed to reproduce the supplied material. We may make technical adjustments required for a safe playable cut.
Production
Quoted turnaround is an estimate and begins after required information, files and payment/account approval are complete. We will contact you if the programme needs adjustment before cutting.
Payment
Consumer orders are normally paid through Stripe. Approved client accounts may have invoice terms. Overdue trade accounts may be automatically placed on hold until payment is received.
Problems
If there is a production fault or damage in transit, contact us promptly with the order reference and supporting photographs/audio where relevant so we can assess the appropriate remedy.
These terms should be reviewed with your business/legal adviser before being treated as your final legal terms.
