Delivery
UK and international delivery charges are calculated from the destination and order specification where an automatic rate is available. Orders outside supported weight/rate limits will require a manual quote.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, the tracking reference is added to the order when dispatched. Use the order tracker or your client portal to check progress.
Custom products
Because records, picture discs, labels and printed sleeves are made to order, change-of-mind returns may not be possible once production has begun. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Damage or production fault
Email info@yourmusictovinyl.com with your order reference as soon as possible. Keep the product and packaging until we have assessed the issue. If a remake is agreed, we will explain the next step.
